Kingdom of Heaven
Today I went out with sayang and we watch this movie called Kingdom of Heaven. That gay actor Orlando Bloom became the hero. I have no idea why most girls drool over him. He’s so boring. And gay.Anyways, the movie is mostly about religion. Christian vs. Muslim. Not exactly about religion la… haih…it’s practically about that gay guy being the hero. Well, they made it like both religions are bad and good at the same time. I mean the world is still like that now. Every religion seems to be bad or good according to people’s mouth. So this gay hero wanted peace among the religions. To him it’s more to ‘fight for the people’ than ‘fight for Christianity’. But nobody seems to agree with him.
Haiya, I better not say more. I don’t want to ruin the movie to whoever who is reading this. The movie was ok to me. It’s very straight forward. Everything seems to happen real fast. So confusing. And the actors, Liam Neeson, both the Christian and Muslim king, Jeremy Iron and this other actor (forgot his name) just made the movie look so cool. Sheesh, what is it with me and old actors.
One thing I like about the movie, it tells the truth. It shows the shits that are still going on in this world. War against two religions. Misunderstandings and miscommunication, things like that can just create war. If only we have a gay hero like in the movie in the real world. It’s funny that Yau Chuan and I are from each religion and we’re in love. Haha!
